1- Self-Catering

Our houses feature a fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare your own meals.

Drinking water:

We provide of drinking water for free (in 10-litre bottles). This is tap water which we filter and sterilise using a UV lamp.

Supermarkets, mini-markets:

- In Eito, there are several mini-markets with a small selection of food.
On foot: approx. 30 minutes downhill and back: approx. 45 minutes uphill
By car: approx. 5 minutes
Taxi fare: 1,000 escudos (9.10 EUR) each way

- In Cidade das Pombas, there are several supermarkets with a wide selection along the main road, as well as a small greengrocer’s near the town hall.
On foot: approx. 60 minutes downhill and approx. 90 minutes uphill on the return journey
By car: approx. 10 minutes
Taxi fare: 1,500 escudos (13.60 EUR) each way

Shopping service: You can order shopping by taxi. You write a list and the taxi driver will do the shopping for you in Cidade das Pombas. Price:
